2 issues with IP BOX 6.1v Help

I'm having two issues with IP BOX 6.1

1- when plug-in to usb port IP-Box not detected, I need to go into systems and force to scan for new hardware, it was not like that with 5.2

2- I'm getting read error with every single Nand that was ok before, pick included.

I have win7 32bit pro and no problems with this kind of malfunction ... also riff and z3x is used at this same PC unit !

Unplug box ... than try use some recommended registry cleaner ! After restarting OS try install drivers again ... also can try reflash box firmware again or downgrade to lower version !

Updating framenetwork may not involved but recommended to keep up to date

I was able to get it to work on a temp old computer I have.
