5s unrecognised nand flash - GSM-Forum

hello all,
i m getting this message when i try to read or test the nand i removed from an iphone 5s that had error 4013,

the nand is totally damaged so i can not read the details or serial numbers, now from where i can extract the information so i can program new nand and prgram it in the phone to get it working?

buy mac address by request full gsx with ur imei 5s u can find sn and mac addres then write with ipbox on new nand
