After changing the serial of NAND IC did you read it again before soldering it to the ipad board?

Did anyone find out how to fix this issue?
I have two iPhone 6 with error 40. I tried a bunch of other nands having same issue.

I've flashed it with ip box. Changed Sn but still having issues.
I've copied boot 1 & 2 over and just changed sn still having issue.

iTunes log file says " no nand detected."

You can just put iphone 5 nand without any operation on ip box and it should flash without any error. Then you can edit sn with ip/
But if same 40, than you need check nand pins on PCB

The problem is that he formatted the nand you should have not, since is not required to do so to change the serial! All you had to do was press extract on the boot area then change the serial, press write, solder nand back and voila! Now the way you will fix it is by choosing the boot files ip box provides for the nand you have rewrite the serial and figure out the wifi and Bluetooth address write it, solder back and that will solve the issue ! Now if you skip writing the wifi and Bluetooth address you won't be able to activate iPad even with iTunes

Hello,
yesterday my ip box 2 arrived from singapur. can you help giving me advice for programming a iphone 6 nand?
i want to upgrade old 16gb to new 128gb nand.
i could read the data of the 16gb nand in the menue "IP_BOX2" with slecting "iphone 6" and clicking on "Disk Test". This worked fine! What is the next step? I put the 128 gb nand in the programmer and have to click only on "write"? is there something else to do? for what is the boot1 and boot2 field? thanks for help

Select iPhone 6, put the 16gb in the box, hit disk test, on the boot area hit extract and once extracting is done take the 16gb out insert the 128gb hit write! Wait for it to finish and voila put the 128gb to iPhone 6 board restore. That's it you'll have 128gb iPhone 6

Hell Magdani,
thanks for this helpfull reply. I changed the serial number first and after that i wrote it back to the nand. I modified my first iphone 6 and it works! Great!!
What´s about "Error 4013" ? I think it is the same, but i have to erase the nand first and then write?

I am not 100% sure if it was error 4013 or 4014 but i solved some with putting an external power on the ipad. (the ipad had just not enough energy in the battery)

I was told error 4014 is nand issue
Nand Not connected. I was told to reball.
But I bought a ribbon cable for the nand and I just soldered the pins
Of nand to ribbon cable and the other side I soldered to iPhone and
Fixed one iPhone 6 that was error 4014.

But the other iPhone 6 I have has error 4014 just hangs in dfu. It doesn't switch
Over into recovery when restored with iTunes or 3utools.
I think this one might be power issue. I've tried 3 different batteries but still error 4014. I'm going to take off nand. Add ribbon cable and see if it solves this one.
