IP BOX 2/unknown device HELP - GSM-Forum

I HAVE MY PROBLEM FOR MY NEW IP BOX.
i install all driver of this box but always unknown device
and usb not recognized all driver are already install,but same
problem unknown device any one help to fix this problem?
my computer is windows 7 32bt only.

u problem is micro controler usb 5v or usb cnnector broken in the box

so the problem is in the box? so what i need is to return this box in supplier?
and change new box.

something wrong with USB post try to check both usb hub or try to put directly to your pc, or may try to check the usb behind your box

all usb hub in my computer and other computer i try but
same problem unknown device...i think this box is a problem.
