Is this box with lightining connector or type micro-usb connection ?

If it has usb type micro-usb connection then it is a possibility that you need to replace the connector or try resoldering it.

It is very fragile and after heavy usage gets ripped off easily.

My box too has similar issue ever other week.

Hope that helps.

I had to Solder the usb cable directly to the PCB. Cause all of the pads get stripped off.

Your's is ipBox v2.

The difference between v2 and v3 is that v2 support's the following devices.
32bit (iphone 4,4s,5)
64bit (iphone 5s,6,6+).

Whereas IpBox v3 support's
32bit (iphone 4,4s,5).
64bit (iphone 5s,6,6+).

As well as.

PCIE devices such as (iphone SE,6s,6s+,7,7+)

Hope this answers your query.
