IP box V2 Software Ver 6.1 upgrade Now Box not connect ..PC not detect any driver .. @Supporter how to fix this problem ???

why so many user always facing this problem again and again ?

the update is simple

plug the box on usb port
do the update on software,
done

and always remember do not attach any usb device during the update process it will cost the firmware disruption, and it will end up to device not detected,

reason ? why ?

may be you

your internet connection is intermittent during the update process
you do some job on system that is why the update is interrupted
you disconnect the box during the update processes
or some software block the ipbox IP so the result is firmware corrupted

i think there is some force mode to re-upgrade the firmware again and make this box detected on pc

ask to supporter of this box

anyway post the OS you have, is it windows 7 ? 64 bit or 32 bit
