Member: 1872250 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 33 | check the BootMode option on ipbox it has 3 options on 64bit nand on my case the 1st bootmode after reball,ipad recognized by itunes in dfu mode and after the restore the ipad was dead(no errors on restore) i use another nand IC from another ipad and it works(32gb) |

Maybe not a good solder joins or the 1.5 resistance the ribbon puts on, there are some very sensitive resistors to ground of just 1%+/- bet they have lots to do with this error. IOS 10+ is also checking for some hardware stuff and cable signal. I use low heat solder paste and when everything is working I re-ball with a higher melting solder paste. IP Box is a good Flash Nand programmer, just need a good documentation, but that is what this forum is all about right | |
