I have a mini ipad wifi that a ne is spoiled. I have a nand of another ipad mini wifi 3g ..... can I take it from one and from another?

First you want changed Nand which is blocked with icloud or simply changed or increased the memory

1. It's possible if you reprogram this
2. To remove icloud you need information below you need to change to, number Wi-Fi and bluetooth color

my idea is to remove the icloud, but a Nand memory is too damaged, I need another one, but I do not have a backup of my ....... can I do it without the original backup?
