Software usually make backup if begore erase You click at "extract disk" ! Try with backup but I had this same issue when doesnt cleanup properly surface and few solder balls doesnt melt and not connect with motherboard.. long story short ... bad connection with motherboard

btw did You try put Iphone in DFU mode and than restore ?

sir how can i select from backup it is showing four files ce1 ce2 like that but here asking only two files boot 1&2

Yes coz iphone 6 is 64bit device You need You 2 files when with 32bit device (till iphone 5) only one !

You should use in
-boot_1 file boot_1_ce1
-boot_2 file boot_2_ce2

but at forum You can find post when someone used it with replaced files ended with ce1 and ce2 (just used 2 other ones) !

In emergency situation IP software provided based boot files ! Just open software directory (there where was copied and runned) and in folder "system/write_boot_64" you have files for each manufacturer of NAND flash
