If you have valid s/n and mac's combination then you have valid udid.
Cloning will be solution but the problem is: first device that is linked to an apple id will link all cloned devices.

yes,i have 2 ipad air

1 with physical damage icloud unlocked
and 1 icloud locked

the plan was to just take the nand from already unlocked physical damage ipad air,and place it on the locked

but after read with ipbox i make damage on nand with reball
so i use a new one and i place the backup of the the 1st boot1+boot2

the ipad is running now on ios 11 and its activated

so my theory is....you need find original SN using serial number info checker with FMI OFF(i have only paid)

and after that you need to take that SN and find all GSX PRO INFO to get the MAC

again..you need the gsx PRO info not SOLDBY info

man i use method for testing,if you have valid unlocked SN with FMI OFF(you can find very easy with paid checker)

if you place it on GSX PRO checker you will find the mac
so yes you will have the combination of mac+sn and have valid udid and no cloning need

Yes, but you have to make sure s/n and mac is from a non working fmi=off ipad ,or you gonna be locked by somebody else icloud account.
And if you use that s/n on more then one device then all of the cloned devices will be locked with same icloud account. It can be a problem if you sold that device to someone.

UDID = SHA1(serial + ECID + wifiMac + bluetoothMac)

TALKING ABOUT IPAD , ON IPHONE

HOW DO YOU PLAN TO CLONE ECID ?

As I understand he read info from a one ipad air's nand and wrote it to a second icloud locked ipad air nand and successfully activated it on ios11!?

If this is the case, and UDID is calculated from a ECID, and ECID cannot be the same on both devices, then UDID has nothing to do with this!
Apple only then check if S/N matches Wifi and Bluetooth MAC.
That can be the only logical answer...

ios 11 is really givin a big headache modified nand not get activated. and also Read data from fmi unlocked I pad only can use one time. Its almost impossible to find fmi unlocked dumped i pads. might be the end of all nand I cloud unlocking..

Bro , ECID Is not stored on nand , ECID comes directly from cpu

Even if you change nand from unlocked iPad , when you mount on locked devices , the iOS 11 activation ticket Will be denied , since ECID comming from cpu Will modify udid final calculation
