Just a thought, haven’t tried it , so don’t know if it will work. Just an idea at the moment... iOS 11 can only be updated to on 64bit devices, is there a way of writing a 32bit device info (model, serial etc) on to a 64bit device to trick Apple servers into thinking its a 32bit device and can’t be upgraded to ios11...so when you restore it , it restores the iPad to 10.3... does anyone know if this is even possible??? Because on the 32bit devices it only check serial numbers, could you put a 32bit nand programmed for an old 32bit iPad on to a 64bit device???jay

I know if you remove certain resistors, an iPad will come up as an iPhone or Apple TV etc, so could you maybe trick it into thinking it’s a totally different device ( like an old 32bit device)

Need someone with a bit more know how to give some input. Jay

What? Are you serious! With this simplicity? If it's true then Apple is an ugliest company in the history of technology

It’s like every security feature that first comes out, they all say it’s unbreakable until someone finds a way to get around it... all these people say “it can’t be done” might be right but only time will tell... like everything made by man can be unmade.jay
