Yes you can. As long as it's not iCloud locked. You also need MAC address, wifi, and bt of that serial number in the old one

Thanks for your answer. One more, can i use nand for iPhone 6 to IPad Air 2 wifi ? I do this and reprogrammed navipro but itunes gives error 40 .

I have an iPhone 6 plus imei only the nand got damaged .. is there any way to retrieve other information i have imei and S/N available only.

You have to get a gsx service on the Imei or serial number
They should be able to give you your Mac,wifi, and bt

i have managed to revive the 6 plus .. bought the service that told me the Serial number, wifi, and bluetooth address.. phone revived thanks all

Yes you can use nand iphone 6 and write sn and wifi and bt is tested

Hi guys I already bypassed icloud 2 years ago using resistor method now my ipad working normally but on ios 9.3.3 with jailbreak. is there any way to update my ipad to ios 11 without stucking on activiation screen? can I backup my serial bluetooth and wifi data from ios 9? what do you recommened

yes you can update to ios 11 via OTA method
butt may be after upgrade your wifi not work
because ipadair2 bypassed with resistor method have wifi driver issue..
better dont touch it at this time and keep using on 9.3.3
