Celkon CT-2 Flashing Problem

Model: Celkon Ct-2 Tablet
Problem: Hang on Logo..

I tried it with livesuit.. but it stucks in 3%.. tried many times. strucks in 3%..

I got another One CT-2 ... I try to Flash that ... But After 75% flashing process will roll back to 0%... Is there any solution to solve this problem... ???
