use MTK_SP_Downlad_Tool_V5.1524.000 click firmwar upgrate no download only. tested 100 % ok

It looks like Flash file not compatible or Hardware fault (EMMC damage) .

The simple way is to format and then download. If u downloaded the stock ROM and try to use firmware upgrade, u will get something like path error sincesince u don't anything on user and cachecache.
