I have been looking at the web trying to resolve an issue and it lead me to this page.

My wife uses Qmobile phone which records call automatically on the cellphone. Some audio recorded files in the phone are in (*.VM) format and when I copy them on my laptop, I could not play them. I have tried all the software including VLC, Jet audio, Windows Media Player and so on, searched google extensively, but I could not find the solution. Can anyone help me? I will be really grateful to the one who provides me with the solution
