why not give my free merapi tool activation? [ Solved ]

i fill from and submit my details.after 2 weeks i saw thread is closed

i saw Faisal_Computer says
As Promised !!
All Serials Till Today Are Done and my user name is not on list
after some days i send massages for product supporters

their names are

Faisal_Computer,AniAxn, and some other members.they very slient i think
want something or Faisal_Computer you have any problem with me?you f___
i have to repair my phones.ok give my Activation thats ALL

Download Latest Version Of Merapi Tool And Register Yourself .. After Check Account Details Ther 39 Credited Or Not ...!! If Credited Your Activation Is Done

If You're a VI Tool Users Then Download Latest Version Of Merapi Tool And Register Yourself .. After Check Account Details Ther 39 Credited Or Not ...!! If Credited Your Activation Is Done

I've been waiting since last summer for the activation of my merapi pack 1 since I have VI TOOL.

has been providing the info as requested at the timer and nothing ever happened.

So what to do now????
What information do you guys want? And whom to send to?
