hello merapi team, so long time of waiting untill now. i am having this problem of merapi pack tool always telling me lack of credits when i already have a vitool and volcano box connected one time on my pc.

you have promised having a vitool would guarantee to qualify for a free activation and use some functions of merapi tool. but for my case i can only open merapi tool and unable to use it for it always telling me lack of credits.

my question is, do i still have to buy 39 credits first before i can use merapi tool?

i decided to buy vitool over other ios tool because of an expectations to be able to use merapi tool.but then i end up this kind of an issue.

please clarify me on this matter.
