Order Delayed for 5th Time, No Response from Support!! - GSM-Forum

Hello,
Dear AUG Support,

I've been trying to reach you via Gmail ([email protected]) for support,
But you didn't answer my last 10 mails!!!, What kind of support this is!!,
This IMEI has been submitted for like 5 times, Everytime it gets "delayed" then i request "reprocess" or i "re-submit", Now customer is very angry, He needs his phone, But i can't give it to him, Cuz it's still "In Process"!!!,
For the million-time, Please CANCEL this order, This is enough, It's been a month now!!!
if you don't care about your business, i care about mine.

today submet orders and from some day submet lost imeo i want only finish my mony on his server

If you planned to "SCAM" us, just say it,
But i should warn you, i'll do whatever it takes to shutdown this horrible -so called- unlock server, period.
