It's done but is it still blocked/barred for t-mobile and sprint?
The service said next tether policy after unlock was 2303 multi mode. Why I can't use it on sprint or t-mobile?

If Phone barred on Network you cannot Use on same or on other network where it marked as barred ,

Network unlock only Unlock phone it not Unbarr

Muti-mode mean Unlocked ,your phone Unlock via Apple in policy 2303
for work on Tmobile Update Phones once it i hope Help you

Sir Unlock mean it Unlock Simunlock , it not make it Clean
You seen any where we Write Unlock make Phone Clean ?

After Unlock you can use all sim but not able use network your phone mark as listed .so use on network which are allow you
