The service i used was:

Tmobile USA Clean/Finance 5,5s,5c,6,6+ [ Fast Service ] $75

And processing time was 5 working days. After a few days you removed the service...

The service you're talking about is:

T-mobile USA IPhone All mode Clean/ Finance / bill not paid IMEIS $65

15 working days.
