Hello
Please can you guys help Me with this problem?
the phone recognizes the sim cards but there are no bars
Emergency calls only/no service is all I'm getting

check your BB is OK also IMEI no?

They are ok. the phone recognizes the sim cards but no signal

It can't be software fault, maybe customer resetted the phone coz no service problem

I resetted it to delete pattern. thx for replyong friends.I
returned the hone to customer.
