Lenovo k4 note IMEI lost - GSM-Forum

Hello everone, 2 months ago I tried to do update via SP Flashtool on my k4 note, only when it was complete, I had lost my IMEI codes, and ever since, can't find a solution.

I Even took the phone to a GSM service, and they still couldn't do anything. Can someone please help and tell me what to do? :c

First check under software information if baseband version is present.

It appears that I do not have it anymore... Before I took it to the service I still had it... It says Unknown
