NO NEED UNLOCK BOOTLOADER

1.YOU NEED INSTALL QUALCOMM DRIVERS FIRST
2.And root your device using kingo root or any other way that you like most.
3.Make sure you have USB debugging enabled in Settings > Development on your device

for imei repairing you need to enable diag port .without diag enabling qualcomm imei repair impossible .

so lets enable diag port

now i will tell you how to enable qualcomm diag port enable.

- Install ADB on attachment
- Open ADB folder press SHIFT button and the right-click mouse button and choose “Open command prompt here” and write these commands :

# su
# setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb

okay friends ..now you can see a new hardware drive installing on the pc..

You don't need adb, only Qualcomm drivers.
That guy just copy-pasted some blog article, without understanding how and why.

To enable diag interface, on powered off phone: hold volume UP + power on
phone should go into test menu and diag port should appear.

All necessary stuff (ADB/Qcom Drivers, qcn file, ImeiWriter, etc) - HERE
