Try another pc / windows 7/32bit / WinXP / Reinstall drivers, etc.
If still the same - phone have harware issues. End of story.

i have installed many qualcomm drivers including file drivers and i have reinstalled window 7 with 32bits but same problem
plz give me correct drivers

Nothing to give. If it still dont accept flashing, it may be hardware fault. No software can help.
