Lenovo K5 Note K52e78 (SN, Barecode, Bluetooth MAC address) - GSM-Forum

Hello,

Could someone with a Chinese Lenovo K5 NOTE (K52e78) help me to fully
recover my nvdata/nvram that I have lost?

I have managed to recover almost everything but I am missing 3 things:

* Serial Number
* Barcode
* Bluetooth MAC address

# For the Serial Number, I have it on the back of my phone: HB******(70)

Should I include the "(70)"? or just use the "HB******"? What should
I use for the Serial Number ?

# For the "barcode", I have plenty numbers on the box and the back of my
phone but I have no idea which one I should use. Could someone tell me
how the "barcode" is build? Which numbers should I use?

# Concerning the Bluetooth MAC address it is lost. I didn't write it down like
I did it with the Wifi MAC address. I just remember that the Wifi and
the Bluetooth MAC addresses were very close.

Could someone tell me the delta between the bluetooth MAC address and
the wifi MAC address?

My wifi MAC address: 54:27:58:xx:xx:xx
Bluetooth MAC address: +/- yy:yy:yy?

You can try with attached nvram from regular k5 note.
Backup your nvram first. (manual read )

p.s. Your phone may show "DL Image failed" after that operation.
In that case, simply reflash with stock rom.

Hi Alex,

Ok, I will try your attached nvram and let you know if I am able to retrieve
the needed information to correct my SN, Barecode and Bluetooth MAC Address.

I just need to know how those data are formatted so I can use my own numbers from the box and back of phone.

I will then use the THANKS button accordingly!

Have you tried restoring NVRAM & NVDATA?,
If no, then please do it,

Hi I m trying to flash both file but when I press download in sp tool it stop and software close by it self
This 2 file only select ?

This is normal since you didn't choose the files to flash!,
Just Double-Click on the highlighted areas in red and choose the files you need to flash,

1. You need to restore only NVRAM
2. After NVRAM restore, fully reflash your phone, "Tool DL IMAGE FAIL" will be gone.
