Either you or somebody before you, did FULL Erase of the phone,
or you simply flashed wrong ROM file (ie: mismatched model - XT1902-X, X=1,2,3)

So, for beginning, first check exact model, reflash stock rom.

All XT-1902-X roms:

Lenovo K8 XT1902-1 [brady_oem_user_7.1.1_NMC26.51-41_41_release-keys_oem_SVC]

Lenovo K8 Plus XT1902-2 [marino_oem_user_7.1.1_NMC26.74-31_31_release-keys_oem_SVC]

Lenovo K8 Note XT1902-3 [manning_retail_user_7.1.1_NMB26.54-35-2_2_release-keys_retail_US]

If still the same, after flashing / fastboot flashing,
there are APDB+BPLGUI files, inside the rom archive
which can be used in combination with MauiMeta, to restore IMEI, bt+wifi mac, sn, etc.

Mine is Lenovo K8 Note xt1902-3
After following this procedure..

Code:

Open " flash_tool.exe " and select the Scatter file you in the " Scatter-loading " section.
When done, go to the " Format " tab , select " Manual Format Flash "
Then fill in and 2 items as follows:
Begin Address [HEX] : 0x1a88000
Format Length [HEX] : 0x100000
Then press Start, turn off the phone and connect to the computer, the tool will run automatically and format the FRP partition.
When OK is successful Now power On Phone

handset shows "DL Image Failed"

then after flashing with this rom..

handsets imei is blank but baseband intact...

ps.. im the first one to fix the unit... it was FRP lock initially and handset has working signal..

Lenovo k8 note (xt-1902-3) dl tool image failed problem comes after frp remove
but after flashing with tested file and new mtk tool is done

U CAN FLASH IT ALSO VIA FASTBOOT MODE WITH FLASH ALL.BAT,
WHICH IS ALSO IN ARCHIVE FOLDER

Done Without Any Facing Major Problem

Steps

1)DO All THINGS MENTION IN POST #1

2)DOWNLOAD CORRECT FLASH AS YOUR PPHONE ( THERE IS 3 VERSION IN K8 NOTE XT1902-1 2 3)

3) NO NEED TO FULL FLASH ONLY SELECT CACHE IMAGE FLASH THE PHONE VIA FLASH TOol

4) ALL DONE

FRP REMOVE
