Well, since your phone is Qualcomm based then you need QCN or EFS backup but unfortunately, I couldn't find it anywhere, only on some Chinese forums and it's not for free.
That being said, you can repair the IMEI for this model without the need of QCN or EFS backup using this tool;

I think it's well known tool and it's very simple to use, just make sure you are rooted then after you send some commands to your phone, type in your IMEI and click start. Easy like that.

Baseband and imei is ok. before flash every think ok. after flash showing sim card unready i think fone security damage plzz give me tested qcn or efs file plzzzz sir help

i m reading qcn for other null imei vibe k5 plus A6020a46 model
After read qcn imei null Baseband version unknown

i m root with kingo root
then enable usb debugging
and Read qcn with xxxxxxx box
after read qcn IMEI Null and baseband unknown

now need working solutions
