Non-Volatile Random Access Memory, a type of memory that retains it’s contests after switching off a device. It consists of SRAM and EEPROM chips. NVRAM contains data like WiFi and Bluetooth MAC address, Baseband version, IMEI/MEID number and other essential information.

So losing or corrupt NVRAM data means you will not be able to use your device with any mobile network or connect to WiFi.

Also your device Qualcomm cpu which support qcn file, (qcn = nvram).

Just try solution below Maybe it will help:
Unplug dual SIM cards and plug it again device will reboot,
After a rebooting, the phone is seeking its signal that's why it takes time to display signal. Looks like it's normal. If your sim card is 4G, the tendency there is that the phone is seeking for 4G which makes your signal not that strong. If 4G signal is not present, phone may display 3G or 2G signal instead as those are the only signal that your phone found. Also, this may also depend on your location. There are some places which have a weak signal. The more you are in a weak signal location, the more it may happen.

From Network list into settings, try to choose GSM only and try to call, if success choose again GSM/CDMA or 3G .. and don't select LTE .. I think it has problems in some countries.

@All having network issues,

1. check if imei(s) is ok via menu / *#06#
2. go to settings / about and check if baseband version shows up.

Diag mode (for QCN/Nvram backup) *should* be : ####8899#
After that, pc should detect new devices (Qualcom HS-USB Diagnostic port 90xx)

So, if both imei and baseband is okay, all you need is one working phone,
to make QCN backup (from QPST suite), and write to another non-working device.

If you get it, post readed and rar/zip packed file here ...

Thank you for helping Alex.

1) Checked IMEI's and it does reflect the correct IMEI.
2) Basebacd in setting shows as unknown

Tried ####8899# gives a message.

Alert
Pressing OK will set USB mode to %1$s mode. For engineer only.

Once i press OK nothing happens.

Baseband unknown can be both wrong modem (incompatible modem firmware),
and bad QCN, but, since that problem somehow arise after updating,
or flashing, looks to me as first case.

So, first thing to know is - from which country / operator phones came ?
Any info about previous software version ?

There are : ROW version, Turkish version, T-Mobile Poland version, 3-UK version,

Poland : Hardware Code 40
UK : Hardware Code 30
ROW: Hardware Code 10
Turkey: Hardware Code 20

ROW version have Android 7 Update ...
