If, after entering recovery and making wipe data/factory reset,
you still get same message, it's probably not software problem.

Phones with such message (like Huawei models, for example),
get their eMMC (Flash memory), after many read/write errors,
automatically fallback into READ-ONLY state.

Only solution is to replace eMMC chip with new one.

If you are looking for ROM file, there is only full SD-Card update ROM.
(Phone must power and be able to enter update mode).

How to update:

- Unpack the archive
- On SDCard, make folder "sdfuse"
- The extracted .qsb file is copied to the SD card in the sdfuse folder
- Press the volume down key and power to enter update mode
- Select SDUpdate
