lenovo a7 30hc stuk in lenovo logo i flashed it but no change happend when format it give me error how can i solv this problem

No idea what you flashed, but you can try once more with latest stock firmware.

Download : A7-30HС_S127_151125_ROW

Use included SPFlashTools. Archive pass (if needed): lenovo-forums.ru

p.s. Are you sure that you have A7-30HC ? There are several different sub-models ...

thanks bro but the flash file not do any change in tap when i go in recovery see that A7-30HC_S000126_150824_ROW

If flashing goes all well, and nothing in phone change,
Flash memory in device went into read-only state.
Hardware problem, in short, no software repairs.
