In case you are flashing wrong file, here's the original factory ROM Package :

A5500HV_A442_000_024_141007_ROW

Unpack, use provided SPFT from archive, and flash the device.

Post #17. Original factory stock, 100% genuine firmware.
If dont work, either you wrongly flash it
Or device have hardware issues/malfunctions,
which cant be solved by software.
