Lenovo A6000-Country Code Setting

When is Country Code Setting required?

1. When MB Swap is done at the Service Centre for Lenovo A6000 model
2. After using “Qualcomm Flashing Tool” for Software Upgrade or re-flash
Note:-
-In case of Lenovo Smart Tool being used, there is no need to do Country code setting
-After upgrading with ‘OTA Full Image” manually there is no need to do Country code setting

Steps for Country Code Setting

Step 1: Input ####6020# to enter the menu of country code setting

Step 2: Select the country ID you need to Set and then click “OK”, the phone will reboot
automatically and update the device

Step 3: After the phone reboot into the normal mode, input ####7777# in dialer to reset
factory setting
Wrong country code can lead to issue like icons not appearing properly and also to get
deleted when clicked

Step 4: Finally Input ####0000# to check if country code setting is correct. (E.g. if you set country code ID is IN, you will see the internal SW version is ended with “in”)

Have a A6000 ,… -After °SIM1 LOcked ,Time Remaining 0 ° – Discovered it Was Embedded To a Specific Carrier (Not My Preferred ! ) Even Still in Warranty. They Asked For Money To Unlock it !!…
Succeeded Flashing it Whit S059 BUT GOT it Asking For ° China Telecom Simcard° & Only The °DEfault° Option Available When Dialing ####6020# !!.
In Case of ° Hard Reset ° Does-it Return To The °Embedded° Status ? & If So How To Get Rid-Of ? and Lenovo does Not Provide OTA for Tunisia. Plus there LMSA Got Stuck at 73/100 Ruining my phone !!!
Plz , Any Help is Welcome
