Use some latest SPFlashTool, ie: SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1632.00.000 ,
Load attached scatter file, go to tab "Format", select "Manual Format", tick "Validation",
Input start address : 0x6a00000 , Length : 0x100000

Press START, connect powered off phone to cable, wait for finish.
FRP Lock should be gone.
It may be needed, to make wipe data/cache from recovery ...

p.s. If SPFT cant boot phone, select under "Download AGENT" on download tab,
DA_SWSEC_CRYPTO20.bin

i got the same error

After format that address, phone not power on now only show red leg when plug to charger

Only 1 possibility : You didn't enter start address / length correctly

Anyway ... Try reflashing phone with version S300

Download : S1La40_S300_170523_16G_ROW
archive pass: lenovo-forums.ru

Use flasher from archive, use DA_SWSEC.bin as download agent,
under tab Options / Option / Download , select both USB and Storage checksum.
Then start + insert usb-cable, wait for finish and phone power up.
If phone not power on, disconnect from usb/pc, connect to original charger,
wait until start charging, then power it on (after few min.).

found a lenovo s1la40 but can't get rid of the FRP lock.
I got the same message when using the method shown in this post... anyone help me out what to do next please...

Need to unlock bootloader FIRST.
Then Unlock Lenovo S1L FRP.
Be careful!!! All you do at your own and risk.
