Member: 2616516 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hello to everyone i'm new here by the way. So im posting this thread due to problem with my lenovo A399. When i turn on the phone it stuck at lenovo logo. And i tried to go to recovery mode i pressed vol- + power button and it showed up 3 option : Recovery mode, Fastboot Mode and Normal Mode. Then i select the recovery mode and pressed vol + to enter. then it freeze for awhile and shows the lenovo logo again. and reboot again like normal boot and stuck again at lenovo logo. It didnt bring me to recovery mode at all. Then i tried to flash the room with sp tool. Here another problem when doing the flash. Im using "Download Only" it showed "PMT changed for the rom". While select "firmware upgrade" it said S_FT_Format fail (0xFAA). Then i tried to format by go to the format tab at sp tools, "auto format flash " and "format whole flash except bootloader", it show S_FT_Format fail (0xFAA) also. Any idea to fix this problem? Thank you |
