P2C72 Hard Bricked - GSM-Forum

I have a Lenovo P2a42 and it got a hard bricked. I tried a lot of fastboot methods, but all time gets bootloop.

Can somebody help me?

You have Chinese version of Vibe P2 ...

Now, can you enter recovery ? (powered off device, volume UP + power on)

If yes ... Download : P2c72_USR_ST1637_5.805.1_1609111948_Q10000_CN

archive pass : lenovo-forums.ru

Unpack, you should get another zip file, rename it to update.zip,
copy to sd-card, insert in phone, enter recovery and do "install update from sdcard" (or external sd-card).

Wait for finish, then wipe data/factory reset, then reboot device. After that it should boot up.

If no recovery ... that's bad.

Hello!!

Thank you, but It is not working.

It start to update the system but gets a fail, I tried a lot of times but I did not get any solution to fix it.

Possible hardware problem (flash memory malfunction).

Only thing left, is making efs/qcn + baseband (modemst1+2) bqckup,
And to reflash into row model.
If that also fails... Then 100% hardware problem.
