P.S.: this phone haven't hboot. only recovery and fastboot mode to flash phone via fastboot terminal

Phone have not hboot menu.. vol down and power didnt work..no RUU mode. Only recovery menu and fastboot mode (reboot-bootloader via recovery) .. no OEM commands...

I have checked - it's an ODM phone, despite the qualcomm processor. We will try to add it in our next release, in the meantime you can repair IMEI using QXDM/QPST.
