can not flash htc 10

i have htc 10 when power on phone go to fastboot mode
when flash show write error

When the phone is S-ON, you must flash in RUU mode (use RUU button in XTC 2 Tool to switch).

my master i try to boot in twrp after write recovery but failed to boot
