i couldn't upload the jpg

please tell me how to activation?
i tried 3 SD-reader, and tried VPN network, same error.
computer read box ok, just cann't next the xtc_client_1.3.

I am unable to activate my xtc2 clip. I just received it and I get an error: Card activation failed. Card Reason 1. Please contact your dealer for support.

I have already registered and activated email but can't activate the clip. What do need to do?

Edit: I was able to successfully activate the card. I guess there was just a little delay. All is good now. Thanks.
