I have this problem too
i have 2 xtc2clip
one of them is working fine
i replace the flex from intact xtc to another one and found that problem is not from the flex

buy new flex , clean smart card , format flex and repair

3 days ago i faced strange problem
when i try to s-off Desire 500 and One E8 get this error
FAILPERMISSION DENY (DECREASE_CYCLE_FAIL)
FAILED (remote: PERMISSION DENY (DECREASE_CYCLE_FAIL))

first of all i thing problem is from flex
format the flex and repair it but no success
after that i bought new flex but problem not solve

yesterday i changed the smart card with my friend's xtc2clip
and found all of my flex are healthy and work fine

i also pm supporter but no response from him

anybody can help me?
