i have been using this clip since untill some few days ago, it started giving this error,

parsing...(0PAGDIAG.nbh)
(1) MFG_DIAG
security fail!
update Fail!
press <power> to reboot.

i have formated my clip and change my clip but the same problem, it happens with all the models i have tried to unlock, that is htl21, htl22 and htl23,

We spoke with you over the PM, we tried to re-activate your clip, and etc., but you still insist it's not working.
I can see that the clip is OK, and I don't see any reason why it should not work.
In any case you can contact your dealer for warranty replacement.
