all operation was done, but not repair imei via offline mode.

You must turn phone to S-ON to perform this operation.
Then save imei.txt as usual.
Then run unlock process.

thx alot for reply. It is OK to repair.
But when I do wipe date or factory reset, IMEI will return to other IMEI.
Is it normal?

At this moment - yes. Several customer reported this situation recently, we are currently looking into it.
