As I see, your version is very old (one of the first), dated 2015. I'd recommend you to flash something newer, like 428058 or 447583. Or, better even latest 481499 (which has Android 6) | |

It's very strange in fact. Well, I can suggest you to flash TWRP, and try to flash image from another phone via TWRP (I think you can find it on the internet). You also said that it's "stuck in fastboot mode", but partial upgrades both fastboot and recovery images, so if it hangs even after successfull flash of partial flash file, I think you should check hardware first. | |
