You must connect clip to the phone first and then do want you want to do.

i can connect clip memory card to this phone because memory slot not easy to put memory card inside it
im use otg cable and nothing happen

You cannot use OTG cable for any operation.
You can try to use Y cable, but I don't know if this model can with with Y cable.
