Possible to repair imei on desire 530 ? and what are steps for it

Hello,

First S-OFF using "S-OFF" tab (you need to unlock bootloader first, you can do it if it's not a Verizon phone), and then repair IMEI in download mode using "Direct mode commands" tab.

i did S-OFF , but when i go to direct mode to repair imei i get this :

Sending oem clearsimlocktype
... (bootloader) [ERR] Command error !!!
OKAY
Execution time is 66(ms)
Operation finished

Anyways i get phone into recovery to try S-OFF but its not recognized , also i dont see SIMLOCK option in recovery ... do i have to flash something or ?

You just wrote that you "did S-OFF", but instead you where trying to use Clear sim lock which is only for only models.

So please decide what are you trying to do, and why are you seeking for "sim lock" option in the recovery...

It's not about the attitude, I cannot help, if you don't follow my instructions.

1. Do you have bootloader unlocked? If yes, process to step 2.
2. Did you install the recovery as described here:

appreciate for answer , well i did unlock bootloader , i also flashed recovery but when i try to do S-OFF i get this msg : Please wait, preparing your phone...
Sorry, error: more than one device and emulator
is not yet supported. ( this msg i get when phone is fully powered on )


and in recovery mode phone is not recognized by program :
Phone DISconnected

i manage to repair imei now , reinstaled drivers and used motherboard ports , thanks for ur help and time
