Exclamation Desire 820 : how to s-off ?


I tried flashing partial rom, but I`m guessing without s-off I receive the following error.
When I try to s-off it says unsupported.

Can`t figure out the Sdmode .... the following files are written on the sdcard:



But phone doesn`t recognise them. And it takes a loooong time, about 5 minutes

no need change file name
make clip repair
than go to sdmode and select new sec - s-0ff and press save to drive
than insert clip in phone and boot bootloader mode
