The problem is that you must flash from RUU mode.
Press RUU button.

Applied RUU Mode,Phone Status too changed with RUU Mode.

Also tried this file with Recovery Mode SD Card update.But Failed.

Just use offline mode and simlock menu in phone from fastboot.
