Flash Problem U11

Good morning all
So ... device:u11
was with US firmware ( i wanted EU )
so i did like this:
Unlocked BL - OK
Downgrad so i can SuperCID - OK
superCID - OK
Changed Model - OK
Now i have a problem. I cant flash nothing except custom ROM

Allways error 14

Any Help ? Thank you in advance

Hello,

Do you get this error in download mode?
Which file do you use? It looks like you are trying to flash modified zip file.

all zip's are from xtc server ... In Download mode im getting security ( s-ON ) error and is putting me to flash from RUU mode

This is correct, while S-ON you can flash from RUU mode only, or via SD method.
Have you used these flash files with another U11 previously? Just to make sure file is not corrupted.
You can also check it with MD5 hasher and compare hash to the one from our web-site.
