To be able to unbrand ur phone u need to be s-off and change cid to one of this BS_US001, BS_US002 than u can reflash the unlocked RUU zip from htc site

First check, that you have bootloader unlock enabled.

You can also do 'oem get_identifier_token' via terminal to see the response.

bootloader unlock is not enabled.

and to enable it phone must be s-off

It cant be soff since it ignores the clip connected in the sd slot.
so, what is next?
