after complate update cilp problem solve thank for support and great clip

i soff three phone but desire 500 can not to be supprt i have toe desire 500 the clip can not s-off them one them have s-off but can not repair imei why in offline and direct mode error

Sending oem writeimei 352179xxxxxxxxxx... (bootloader) [ERR] Command error !!!

Desire 500 has no IMEI write command, we are working hard on a solution to this problem, and hope to release it by the end of the month.

I am getting this same problem. Error getting card information. Probably you need to update your card. Please update your card,if this option is not available- please contact support When I go in, the upgrade option is not available. I tried the How to repair filesystem after format, etc, but that is not working either. What do I need to do?

I just sent pm with dongle serial number. Sorry it took soo long. I was out of town with limited internet.

After the reset, I was able to upgrade and get my htc one m9 s-off. Thank you very much.
