Sir I got in boot loop and I need to flash it. And I would prefer to unlock bootloader. That's why I asked.

my baseband version is available dated 2017/02/09
How do I unlock my Bootloader?
it is not taking get_token command
OEM unlocking is enabled in developer options.

There is no token in this phone, it's not protected.

Just do fastboot oem unlock and you should be fine.

I tired. The command runs for forever, doesn't give an unlock screen or anything else. When I hit the command it just goes on like nothing has happened and stay connected in fast boot mode

Try run command from xtc2clip software @ terminal tab manual command
